Oversized items — freestanding bags, bag stands, filled heavy bags and training machines — ship on their own freight rate because of their size and weight: $39 to VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA, $79 to WA, NT and TAS. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to them, and they cannot be shipped to New Zealand. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are dispatched from our Australian supply partner, usually within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.

Standard-size items: we email you a prepaid label, so return postage is free.
Oversized items (freestanding bags, bag stands, filled heavy bags and training machines): return postage is payable by you. We will quote the cost before anything is sent back.
Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with tags.
Change-of-mind returns are not available on sale items. None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if an item is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
