• Medium — shin pads M, head gear M. Suits roughly 60–75kg.
• Large — shin pads L, head gear L. Suits roughly 75–90kg.
• X-Large — shin pads XL, head gear L. Suits roughly 90kg and above.

Groin guard, ankle supports, knuckle protectors, mouthguards and wraps are one-size and fit most adults. Between sizes, or not sure? Message us before you order and we'll size you properly.

Oversized items — freestanding bags, bag stands, filled heavy bags and training machines — ship on their own freight rate because of their size and weight: $39 to VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA, $79 to WA, NT and TAS. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to them, and they cannot be shipped to New Zealand. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched from our Australian supply partner, usually within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.

Typical delivery once dispatched: VIC 3–5 working days; NSW, SA and ACT 4–8; QLD, NT, WA and TAS 7–10.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Standard-size items: we email you a prepaid label, so return postage is free.

Oversized items (freestanding bags, bag stands, filled heavy bags and training machines): return postage is payable by you. We will quote the cost before anything is sent back.

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with tags.
